We often receive enquiries for the following academic year (2021/22) particularly from students who may be studying abroad or leaving Newcastle for a placement year. We aim to assist with your options – and whilst not a guaranteed list of our available homes, as it is dependent on whether our current tenants renew and will be subject to a rent review – it should provide an indication of the size and standard of our properties.
