Our blog post this week is about Sandyford, a little area of Newcastle which is just outside of the City Centre and just before Heaton.
What we want to do is tell the world about the little secrets that Sandyford has to offer! This could be anything from a restaurant or takeaway to a popular field or possibly even a sun trap for the summer.
This area is mainly dominated by students, so this week we have found a great little place to eat if your on a budget……..
Sapori Cafe is a beautiful little Italian Restaurant which is located on Starbeck Avenue, which is in the heart of Sandyford! With prices ranging from £2 – £5 this really is a bargain for anyone (not just students).
Sapori’s quality, homecooked Italian Cuisine has brought quite the plaudits to the popular review sites Qype and Trip Advisor….If you would like to read some reviews on the restaurant, then feel free to visit the websites and see what other people think!
I have been many times and I can honestly say that the food has always been of the highest quality, the staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing and they don’t take your eyes out when it comes to the bill! Probably one of the only places I actually leave a tip!!!
This is classed as a little secret because, although many people who live in the area know about it, many people living outside of the area may not be aware of the value and quality that Sapori Brings!
